@Observing: Hi - thanks for your comment on this shot and others over recent weeks. I don't comment a great deal on other blogs myself, mainly because I would end up writing an essay, but am not unappreciative! I like your recent shots from Cheshire - as a county it doesn't have the most overtly dramatic landscape for the most part, rather a subtly evocative one and I think you capture it well. I daresay you check out quite a lot of other blogs here, but in case you haven't already I heartily recommend one by my good friend and fellow Wirralian Stu Egan, and the excellent work of a chap called Rhys over in NE England...
